The weather here in Vancouver can be so miserable and those few times when it is nice, you’d be hard pressed to find anyone in the city staying indoors not taking advantage. So Meghan and I decided to head over to the Capilano Suspension Bridge in north van to spend a couple hours with mother nature herself. Here’s a couple pics for your viewing pleasure…

The other day while perusing Google Images for a presentation I was putting together, I happened to stumble across a vintage photograph of Larry Bird. Needless to say I was taken with the image and my forthcoming inquisition led me to an index of THE MOST INTERESTING Michael Jordan photographs I have ever seen. So I spent the next couple of hours downloading them all… 1,240 images in total. There are some duplicates and some of the photos aren’t of M.J. but I’d estimate that 90% of them are. In the months to come I will be sharing my findings with all of you here on this Tumblr, so I’d recommend you subscribe to it RIGHT NOW. I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

If I saw you wearing these Grenson Casper boots I would literally kill you and leave your cold, dead body shoeless in the streets. Real talk.

Lazy Sunday… Pics around the house
Post Content

Feeling a bit under the weather. Decided to stay in for most of the weekend. Also realized that in the past year, my camera has basically done nothing but sit on my desk. What better way to change that than by taking photos. I’m gonna try and bring my camera with me around more often… key word being TRY. Here are some random photos from around the crib.

As much as creatives don’t want to admit it, WE ALL STEAL. The thing that separates the good ones from bad ones is that the good ones steal from many places to create new combinations, while the bad ones steal from only a few places and their work just looks jacked. Either way stealing is just one of 9 points of contention that writer Austin Kleon talks about on his blog. So head on over, you might learn a thing or two about being creative.

Grinding people, G.R.I.N.D.I.N.G.

This project that I just recently finished up for Jordan Brand was completely consuming my life. I just couldn’t get my mind off of it. Which is good because most people can’t wait to let go of what it is they’re working on. What started out as a loose idea snowballed into something unique and I’d like you all to take the time to check it out, cause I’m rather proud of this one.

Not sure how I came across this track, but I did… this morning. And I’ve been humming it in the back of my head all day. I wanted to post it earlier but I’ve been in a trance ever since. The world wide web doesn’t have much information about this track or it’s origins but what information there is says there are two artists… Abel Tesfaye on vocals & Jeremy Rose on production. Apparently they’re from my city (Toronto) so big ups to my local! Other than that, I’m shit out of luck. If you know anything about this track, feel free to leave a comment.
