Post Title

Boom. Complex just release their top 50 greatest action movies of all time. I think I’ll play the role of critic of this list considering that I was an 80’s baby which is, as you know, the era of the action film. They’ve got a couple films in there that I’ve never even heard of (The Road Warrior, The Wild Bunch, The Killer) and a couple ones that I’d need to watch again to see if they were correct in their assessment. But for the most part the list is a pretty good representation of the best action films…
Cobra (#50)
Battle Royal (#49) – Never heard of
The Incredibles (#48) – It takes balls to put an animation along side real men
Independence Day (#47) – Being so low on the chart is very, very disappointing
Minority Report (#46)
Clear and Present Danger (#45) – Never heard of
Akira (#44)
Hard To Kill (#43)
Enter The Dragon ($42)
True Lies (#41)
Con Air (#40)

For the #1 Action Movie of all time, head over to Complex now.
I’d like to applaud the people behind this list as I’m sure it took a lot of time and effort to filter out all the bullshit action flicks that came out of the 80’s and 90’s. Kudos to you.
But gentlemen. I have to be quite frank. What the FUCK is Crank doing even on the list. And I definitely don’t agree with what you slotted in as the #1 action click of all time. It’s good, but you named a couple ones that were better.
