Yesterday, we experienced our first real snowfall here in the city. The first is always the most beautiful, no matter where you are. That crisp, clean good stuff blankets the city, taking you back to childhood memories of recess snow fights and weekend tobogganing. I love it, but at the same time it saddens me because it reminds me of the vast amounts of homeless we have here in Toronto. Trust me it’s a lot. There’s a homeless man who sleeps on the porch of an abandoned house 2 doors down from my house… and he’s not a nice person. But regardless… The 15 Below Jacket is a low-cost, high-concept solution to help the homeless survive the winter.
